Gladwin worked during his Geology and Rock Engineering career at South32, Nkomati Nickel Mine, Foskor Mining Division, Optimum Coal Holdings, Exxaro Coal, Anglo Platinum, University of the Witwatersrand and the Council for Geosciences.
